Perform a Google or Yahoo search using a keyword like "hotniches" or "adsense" and see what pops up.
Once you decide on your topic, you are going to create an ebook 10-20 pages in length for each topic. Within each ebook, you will need to make sure you place some affiliate links related to the ebook topic.
